Refund policy
If your purchase is damaged or faulty in any way, we ask that you contact us at ytgoffroadsales@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. This must be done within 7 days of delivery. Once assessed by our team, we will provide a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable. Exchanges and refunds are not applicable due to incorrect sizing or change of mind. *Only purchases made directly from ytgoffroadsales@gmail.com are eligible to be returned.
Australian Orders: If your product does not arrive within 30 days we ask that you contact us at ytgoffroadsales@gmail.com with your order number, so we can investigate for you. Products returned via Australia post due to not being collected from the post office or incorrect address will incur a $15 reshipping fee.
International Orders: If your product does not arrive within 45 days we ask that you contact us at ytgoffroadsales@gmail.com with your order number, so we can investigate for you. Products returned via Australia post due to not being collected from the post office or incorrect address will incur a $25 reshipping fee.
Credit or exchange on faulty goods, item must NOT be used or worn. Photo evidence must be provided via email
